Don't hit me anyone, I know I'm being obnoxious, but one more time... :-D The trolls have stayed away from this thread because we have not encouraged them. We have had something of an oasis to pray and hope together. If you keep encouraging these people, who have been arguing all over the board in other threads, they will stay here and ruin this one as well. They do not CARE about common sense or compassion...they want to fight. They have been fighting since the beginning and anything you say here will not chage their minds. I implore you...STOP talking to them. Please.
Perhaps FR should implement a sytem such as E-Bay where you can identify ppl with some sort of quality reference. Disrupters never add to serious discussions, IMHO.
This thread HAS been an oasis, a life line, at least to me. Last night I had three or four threads open, and was going back and forth between them all, trying to get news and encouragement and understanding. There was so much bickering and contention, and just plain bad feelings going on! Everyone was stressed, and it showed. The more I hopped, the more upset I became.
I had this thread open as well, and kept coming back. Finally I stopped hopping and started reading. Words of hope and understanding. Faith in God was evidenced. I knew that, even if the battle was lost, and poor Terri slipped away, we could together find the PURPOSE behind all of this, and maybe a way to fight back, together. For a time, my tears dried, and I felt renewed hope. Grief remains, but so does a sense of purpose that transcends this great tragedy.
SO FOR CRYING OUT LOUD, DON'T ENCOURAGE THE TROLLS. WE DON'T NEED THEM POLLUTING THE ATMOSPHERE. :o)
