Reminds me of "Life is Beautiful"...a movie I have only seen once and will never watch again. It is too painful. But it was a powerful and beautiful movie.

"Blessed are they that suffer persecution for Justice sake, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven."
Floriduh voter, could you please share with us here how many people you've seen in prayer vigil outside the hospice? What would you say has been the greatest number?
And are the numbers increasing now?
But is is nice to know you acknowledge, by your reaction to my statement, that Terri's "heart attack" was an attack of a different sort- by an outside person.
It's worse than that; all someone needs is "custody" on paper. The blood relatives do not matter at all anymore. ANY judge can now declare what Greer has and the Exceutive branch of government cannot stop it. Food and water is now "life by artificial means."
My stake in all this is my youngest, who is Down Syndrome. After my wife and I are gone, can someone obtain "custody" over my other children, decide his "quality of life" and deny him food and water with the affirmation of a killer judge and starve him to death?
What is happening to Terri is a horrid development. Not only should the handicapped be concerned but the elderly as well. This could be how they plan on fixing Social Security.
So, he is duty bound to do it, and if he does not, then the responsibility for the outcome rests squarely on his shoulders, because the executive is charged with the power to act. The judiciary can opine. The legislature can legislate. Only Jeb Bush can act to save her life."
I believe this is right!!!!!!!
Gov. Bush failed to take action.
Ok y'all, if Terri dies do you believe there will be any murder charges? And who do you think will be charged with murder? And if there is no murder investigation what if anything are we prepared to do about it?
Very true, Knitting. There are many righteous people, crying out against this evil. There is a chance. But I don't believe our country will be given another.
Halls, my hope and prayer is that God moves Jeb's heart to act - before it is too late.
It's not looking good, but you know how it is as a Christian - with God anything can happen.
And my hope is that by informing people about Jeb's and the president's authority to make executive orders - people here will continue calling and emailing.
In addition, we can forward articles we see here to others we know via email. We are all very tired here, but I am grateful for the good people I see here who continue in much prayer and hard work - and Halls, you are one of them. ;o)
And he will be always remembered for this.
At Hospice we have over 500 signatures and COUNTING. IMPEACH JUDGE GREER and that goes to the Florida House of Representatives so if they think this is over, they have another thing coming in Tallahassee. WE ARE NOW GOING TO CALL THEM EVERY DAY TO IMPEACH AND INVESTIGATE GEORGE GREER FOR USURPING THE STATE AND FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.
Thanks, I have prayed a lot, made phone calls, written e-mails, given money, but yet it is not enough! God have mercy on us all!
I agree, we need to hound them every single day and keep them going for years to come about Greer until they wake up and realize Greer has to come down off of his high and mighty bench!
When I said I don't think our country will be given another....I mean, I believe we have one last chance to make things right or severe judgment will come.
ACTION ALERT JEB'S PHONE AND EMAIL ADDY:
Time is running out for Terri Schiavo. She's been
starving to death for seven days now. An expert neurologist
from the Mayo Clinic has testified that she is NOT in a
"persistent vegetative state," but is very aware of what
is going on around her. That means that in her present
state, she is in a great deal of pain and suffering from
starving to death -- she just can't communicate that fact
to those around her. Contrary to those that try to paint
a picture of a "gentle process," death by dehydration is a
cruel, inhumane and often agonizing death.
We MUST stop this inhumanity NOW.
Governor Jeb Bush is Terri's last hope. But it's not looking
very likely that he'll act on the authority he has... unless
he hears from YOU and ME in a powerful way, RIGHT NOW.
We had a meeting on Wednesday between folks from RightMarch
(William Greene and our attorney, Larry Klayman) and Governor
Bush's chief counsel (his top lawyer on staff). We presented
information on why the Governor has the authority RIGHT NOW
under Florida Law and the state constitution to take Terri
into protective custody NOW, and save her life.
Gov. Bush failed to take action.
We had a meeting on Thursday between our folks (this time,
Larry Klayman AND Ambassador Alan Keyes) and Gov. Bush's
Chief of Staff. Dr. Keyes eloquently explained to him why
the Governor has the authority RIGHT NOW under Florida Law
and the state constitution to take Terri into protective
custody NOW, and save her life.
Gov. Bush failed to take action.
In fact, at one point, we received definitive word that the
Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) was on
their way to the hospice where Terri is being held, to take
her in and re-insert her feeding tube. Then, the little
dictatorial tyrant, Judge Greer, gave an order for them to
NOT take her. They could have -- and should have -- ignored
this unconstitutional and illegal order... but Gov. Bush
told them to stop.
Gov. Bush failed to take action.
This is OUTRAGEOUS. Judge Greer has shown more courage in
trying to KILL Terri Schiavo than Gov. Bush has shown in
trying to save her. But instead of facing Judge Greer down
like he should have... Bush blinked.
This is THE pivotal moment in Gov. Bush's political career.
He MUST be a hero for Terri Schiavo. He needs to step up
to the plate NOW, and exercise his constitutional and legal
authority NOW, before Terri dies. But he doesn't seem to
be willing to take that chance and do it... so we need to
help encourage him.
So once more, we need YOUR help.
We need EVERYONE READING THIS MESSAGE to call Governor
Jeb Bush RIGHT AWAY, and ask him to do one simple thing:
"PLEASE EXERCISE YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY, AND
TAKE TERRI SCHIAVO INTO PROTECTIVE CUSTODY RIGHT AWAY."
That's all we're asking you to do. Just call Gov. Bush
NOW and beg him to save Terri's life, using the power he
already has.
TAKE ACTION: PLEASE call Governor Jeb Bush's office NOW
at 850-488-4441 (or fax him at 850-487-0801), asking him
to exercise the executive powers he ALREADY HAS, and take
custody of Terri Schiavo to save her from being starved
to death. You can also e-mail him at jeb@myflorida.com .
We've been here lobbying the Governor all week long. We've
had daily prayer vigils in his office, and nightly vigils
outside of his mansion at 700 North Adams. Hundreds of
people have been outside of Terri's hospice in Pinellas
Park, and we have chartered buses to bring many of them
here to Tallahassee to plead with Gov. Bush to use the
powers he has NOW to save Terri's life NOW.
Even Terri's parents, the Schindlers, will be on ALL THREE
major network morning shows today, thanks to our efforts,
pleading with Gov. Bush to act quickly. And we'll be here
ALL DAY on Good Friday to ask Gov. Bush to intervene to
save the life of Terri Schiavo. The governor has it within
his power to rescue Terri, and her life is in the governor's
hand.
You can click below to read -- AND USE -- the five legal
briefs that explain to Gov. Jeb Bush that he has the legal
authority to save Terri Schiavo:

Call Gov. Bush NOW and ask him to USE his legal powers to save
Terri's life. For the sake of Terri's life, we CANNOT afford
to wait while the courts bicker over jurisdiction -- and we
CANNOT let little two-bit judges order the Executive branch
to not do their duty.
NOTE: It's been very expensive for us to engage in this
activism in Tallahassee and Pinellas Park this week. We
reserved hotel rooms; we rented meeting halls for rallies
and activist/lobbying training sessions; we rented buses to
bring people from Pinellas Park to Tallahasee -- TWICE; we
flew legal experts like Alan Keyes and Larry Klayman in to
meet with Governor Bush's people; we've spent funds on tons
of media and press releases... the list goes on and on.
We're asking you to give a donation to help with our activism
efforts to save Terri's life. Battles cost money; resources
cost money; media costs money; I could go on, but you get the
picture. I am asking you to show your support by making as
generous a contribution as you can to this effort. (Gifts are
not tax deductible.)

Thank you for your concern, your prayers, your efforts, and
your support. Together, we can prevail against judicial
tyranny, and rescue Terri Schiavo from a cruel death.
Please keep us in your prayers.
Be sure to send this Alert to everyone you know who wants
to help save Terri's life. Thank you!
Sincerely,
Randall Terry

If we stop then Greer will have kill all of us as well.
There WILL be those who will have this fade. But there will be others who allow this be a catalyst.
These cases have been going on UNDER the radar. People have been focusing so much on the US SC judges they ignored the state court judges.
I do not know what the future holds. I do know the status quo will change somehow. I do know that no trial judge is going to want to be the next Greer.
