It isn't Jeb -- it's the judges like Whittemore, who deliberately set on the case for a full 24 hrs, before ruling, to slow down the process deliberately.

Oh, the Judges CLEARLY bear SOME OF THE BURDEN OF GUILT particularly Judge GREER who is the MOST GUILTY OF ALL the government authorities. I totally agree about Judge Whittemore, who took 24 hours to say NO!
