Also, Jeb is out of office in 2007 anyway. He cannot run in the next election. And those of us who value life will never forget what he did... if he acts to save Terri.

I'm confused. Didn't Greer already say, "no" to this? Judge Greer is just running out the clock on poor Mrs. Schiavo. He joins Judge Whittemore in using this vile stratagem.

"The president or the governor can issue an exective order whenever they wish.
You, of course, being an atheist and an anti-Christ, would rather not see it happen.
"
For pete's sake. That's just not true. Executive orders are limited to specific areas. We do not live in a dictatorship. The President's power is limited, as is the Governor's. I wouldn't have it any other way. Would you?
Just imagine a Clinton with unlimited power...I knew you could.

You are WRONG!! What about the Emancipation Proclamation. That was an Executive Order.True, and Lincoln knew that it had to be backed up by a constitutional amendment as quickly as possible, or it would eventually be tossed back at him as unconstitutional...

Rush is a Johnny Come Lately on this issue, a band wagonner. This woman has been in this condition for 15 years, in the last week he's coming on strong. Stirring up the pot for ratings.
Yes last Friday Rush didn't know that Michael Schiavo had 2 children with his girlfriend. Only knew it after a caller mentioned it.

And I am not by any stretch, referring to just Floridians. If people believe half of what they have been posting why aren't they selling things, pawning things, withdrawing money from their accounts, taking time off instead of using it for their vacation and hitchhiking, flying, driving, carpooling down to Pinellas Park? Well, to be quite honest--I think the Chinese could have invaded, set up shop in Miami and it would not have the effect you describe.

In the end God's will, will be done. Maybe that will is to have her home.
What am I to take from this? That everyone should do what they think is right and it will all work out in the end?

I think ALL of the 'new media' falls into this category, with the exception of maybe a few (e.g. Dennis Prager and Michael Savage come to mind... not sure how long Laura Ingraham has been on this...)

Another lie.
When this became a national issue Rush sided solidly on the right to live. He's had a majority of his audience tell him he's wrong, and urge to cease speaking. he hasn't. The only thing he will not do is urge Jeb to act like a vigilante and this upsets some people.

Events of the last 20 years indicate we're fast approaching a climax.
It won't be long now (10-20 years) with the massive influx of 3rd world aliens, that the then president won't have the consensus of the people to decide on any matters.
Be prepared and prepare your family.

"Michael Schiavo should be investigated for attempted murder, based upon medical and police records during Terri's "collapse," plus nurses' testimony, plus the evidence one nurse presented (empty vial of insulin in trash basket)." That's what doesn't sit right with me. With all of the above stated evidence why hasn't the government/law enforcement officials/Florida district attorney stepped forward with the results of a criminal investigation in 15 years. Surely it would've been much easier and quicker to stop this based on a criminal investigation vs running from court-to-court days before her feeding tube was removed. Why haven't the police produced not one police report of alleged criminal activity in 15 years. Why didn't the nurse go public after she found the insulin vial? She had nothing to lose because they fired her anyway. What do those who want an autopsy expect to find from 15 year old injuries? If the autopsy supports evidence of foul play can any prosecutor tie the injuries to a specific date or time when only Michael had sole access to Terri in the last 15 years? If the family truly believes that Michael is responsible for Terri's condition why did they wait at least 7 years to make their suspicions known? Finally, with all of the allegations against Michael why was he never charged with at least spousal abuse before or after the onset of Terri's condition? If all that is alleged is true Michael would have had to conspire with scores of Florida officials, spanning at least 3 administrations, in Florida to get away with it for 15 years.
