I wouldn't be surprised if Greer rules they have to cremate her alive prior to surrendering her to Bush.

And then if Whittemore does not hear it, then back to the 11th circuit court of appeals and then onto the supreme court.
No time. Terri's life is nearing the end. Toxins are soon, if not already flooding her body. She is in complete danger of kidney failure. This is just so sad.
I heard Bobby Schindler on the Glenn Beck this am and he sounded so depressed and defeated. Never heard him like that.

CNN's breaking news banner updated, now reads: Florida judge denies petition by the state and Gov. Jeb Bush to take custody of Terri Schiavo. Details soon.

I don't have cable either. Saves me $60/month. I figure its best for my health and sanity.

CNN is saying the Judge turned them down. Looks like he doesn't want the state to save her. Anyone surprised?

I just heard a radio show and the quote from Greer about the earlier DCF request was, "It's time for this to end."
Don't think he's going to change his mind just because the Governor is asking.

Ah, you read it wrong. You read it as if there was a comma in front of the "and". There isn't one:
BREAKING NEWS Florida judge denies petition by the state and Gov. Jeb Bush to take custody of Terri Schiavo. Details soon.

Yep, him. Did you listen to MS's attorney's presser a
while ago? He was flat out saying that the state of Florida
missed a 3 hour "window of opportunity" for an automatic stay. ???

This is certainly a sad, sad story. On one hand I sit on comp posting when I should be getting ready for Easter. On the other hand, I feel so guilty everytime I eat something. At least, I know I am not alone and that gets me by.

its my understanding Bush didn't request this, Felos did.
And its not over whether or not he can have custody
Its over whether or not he can have a future HEARING over custody
Its JUST A STALL by Greer/Felos! Nothing more.
To: MamaLucci
There's no time for any more games. Terri's kidneys may be failing. JEB BUSH - NOW'S THE MOMENT OF TRUTH!! Are you a man or a mouse?

Amen.
Greer is on a mission with an agenda. His title as Judge in this case is absolutely a murderous farce.
