I know your concerns, and I probably helped fuel them last night. Let me clarify: Pleadings do not set the case in stone. Good judges look past bad pleadings and briefs. That's what Wilson did in writing the 11th C. dissent.
I use one of the dazzle USB devices. It's pretty handy for capturing TV, moving video to DVD, etc. And you can easily move it from one PC to another.

Sorry, to upset you so. I don't have any type of legal degree so I wouldn't have been any help in the court to "correct the pleadings." Thanks for the compliment though. It should. I pray it does. This is a critical point in the relationship between the governmental forces and the American people.
If Terri is allowed to die like this, no law on the books in this nation is worth the paper it is written on. They will have no grounds to enforce them at all.

Reports that Judge Greer ruled at NOON is INCORRECT... Judge was SUPOSED to rule at NOON but we are still waiting for the decision..
