So Greer was supposed to get this last appeal two hours ago - is he going "to sleep on it again" - as all the judges have been stretching out the time - the better to assure Terri's demise?
Jeb has in an appeal to the Floriduh Supremes over Greer telling him no on the protective custody thing.....that's a knee slapper! I bet they're all ROFL over that request.
Parents have an appeal to the same fed that turned them down last time.

I have seem a sitting President gas and incinerate women and children in WACO. I have seem the same sitting President after the first bombing of the twin towers, OKC and USS Cole, give a pardon to terrorists. I have seem the same sitting President commit perjury and was told not a big deal. What did Gore say, something like no legal controlling authority? We have sent our brave sons and daughters over to a third world rat hole to liberate people from a tyrant and yet, we can not save one woman from being starved to death because her only crime is being handicapped and she live way too long for her own good. We would not even allow her to go with her family to be care for till she had a natural death.
There are some people who are afraid we (busybodies) are going to take away their rights to kill themselves or allow their loves ones to do it for them. Personally, I could give two whips how they want to die or when they want to die. I can understand the fear their family may deem their inheritance more important than to care for them. I can understand that but to deny a family the right to take their daughter (flesh and blood) home to care for is a crime against humanity. To make them stand there and watch her be put to death in such a barbaric way is......Yet our politicians keep telling us we can do nothing.....maybe because they are all on the same page.

They are filed as affidavits. That was the report of the nurse and others that I've heard with my own ears on different television and talk radio shows.
Now, there is a website that handles many of these forms that have been used in trial...something like "save terri" or "terri's life" or ... they have documents posted there.

Wow, you got an "A" in law school. That means you should be down there helping them prepare for the appeal.
This is not a Federal Issue, this is a state issue.
Oh, and since Congress is in a "life preserving" mood, why don't they pass a law banning abortion? That's a bigger issue that needs more attention than this case.
