They could take her as early as this evening as long as it is after regular court hours. So if the courts close at 6pm normally... They can take her after 6pm this evening. DCF has the full 24 hours before presenting to the courts the reason for taking her.
The court would have to wait for the DCF before acting.
It is best that they wait as long as possible (if they can) so that they can get the weekend factored in. My guess is that they would refrain from going in until the wee hours of the morning (Friday morning).
There will be a smaller crowd to deal with if they do it in the early morning hours. It will take quite a bit manpower for them to do this even during early morning hours. They will have to secure the area around and inside the hospice. The most important thing is they have to be careful when moving her without killing her (or someone else) while they are trying to save her life.
If they do not do it by sunrise on Friday, then it is not going to happen. I still have some hope that DCF will do it.

Onward, Christian soldiers,
Marching as to war,
With the cross of Jesus
Going on before.
Christ, the royal master,
Leads against the foe;
Forward into battle
See his banners go!
Onward, Christian soldiers,
Marching as to war,
With the cross of Jesus
Going on before.
Like a mighty army
Moves the Church of God;
Brothers, we are treading
Where the saints have trod.
We are not divided,
All one body we,
One in hope and doctrine,
One in charity.
Onward, Christian soldiers,
Marching as to war,
With the cross of Jesus
Going on before.
Crowns and thrones may perish,
Kingdoms rise and wane,
But the church of Jesus
Constant will remain.
Gates of hell can never
Against that Church prevail;
We have Christs own promise,
And that cannot fail.
Onward, Christian soldiers,
Marching as to war,
With the cross of Jesus
Going on before.
Onward, then, ye faithful,
Join our happy throng,
Blend with ours your voices
In the triumph song:
Glory, laud, and honor
Unto Christ, the king;
This through countless ages
Men and angels sing.
Onward, Christian soldiers,
Marching as to war,
With the cross of Jesus Going on before.

The evil doers think when Terri dies that this will all go away. I think not. I think they are in for a world of hurt (not physical). May all the forces of true justice bear down upon them for all their remaining days until the One Judge looks at them and hurls them into the fiery furnace of hell where they belong. I hope when Greer faces his Maker, he is put under an order to lay helpless in a bed, unable to speak, and deprive him of any food or hydration, while judges and lawyers make futile arguments about why that filthy thing should be shown any mercy.

Who says it lacks violence?
One doctors report I read suggested that Terri's initial truama was not heart related at all and may have been related to strangulation. Her neck was like other he had seen who had been strangled, maybe this is why Michael wants her dead eh?
Then he wants her body creamated to destroy all the evidence.
Unspeakable evil!

Forgot about that one. But saying Michael Caine was in the movie doesn't really help much. I think he shows up in my wedding videos.

Some people on here are getting out of control. I know this is emotional but to advocating the Bush Family take the law into their own hands -- what kind of precedent would that set.
We know Greer is a bad apple with Felos but there are more IMHO. Why don't these people look at Randall Terry and the lawyers and see how wrong their pleading was to the District Judge -- they attacked Greer and didn't even ask for the feeding tube to be reinserted for starters?
Why has Randall Terry not gotten the best legal counsel money can buy that has practiced at the federal court level? That's the questions that should be asked of Terry? Why wait until the 11th hour? I swear Terry is grandstanding when a woman's life hangs in the balance. I will never forget this incompetent bunch of lawyers and Randall Terry who Congress gave a chance this weekend to do something!
My mini rant!

bad law lets bad things happenNot to say some good laws weren't also ignored or flaunted. But you're right. This should be a wakeup call for us to take a fine-toothed comb over the laws that do and might oneday affect us, pressing our officials to change them. What the judiciary's response would be is anybody's guess, however, based on their appalling display of Judicial Tyranny.

Where did you see anything or anyone advocating "armed rebellion"? Your imagination is running away with you. Again, are you aware of the Civil Rights movement in the 1960s? You need to study.
