This is just unbelieveable. They have overturned convictions based on a technicality but this is okay? The more I read about this Judge the more I am convinced that his strings are being pulled by Felos. They underestimated the American people in this case IMHO. They will pay before this is said and done!

IMO .. This Judge is a walking talking conflict of interest and should be throw off the case

I totally agree. These two have been in cahoots from the git-go. They wanted to establish a precedent, but never dreamed that this thing would get so big that they couldn't control it.

I hope this thing explodes and takes out half of the Florida power structure.
