I must be too tired because I can't find it. Please tell me where to look on the home page.

Also, a quick question, if you don't mind: Someone made the comment to me yesterday that the Schindlers' lawyers messed up their appeal to the federal court by not asking for de novo review. Do you agree that they made a critical error or know anything about that? TIA

On the home page look at the right hand column and it says Latest News and then click The Terri Schiavo Case

When you read the appeal, they have been covering everything the denovo review, the fact that Michael teamed w/his lawyer for financial purposes, all kinds of stuff...they must have some evidence....it is good...I am thinking they better approve this....and Terri will get a JURY TRIAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks to both of you for your prayers and words.

Thesarce, I copied your piece as it contains phrases I want to repeat to others.

Thanks for taking much time to write it even after the computer glitched.

Prayers here help as I pray along....what is happening here is so hard.
