Also, a quick question, if you don't mind: Someone made the comment to me yesterday that the Schindlers' lawyers messed up their appeal to the federal court by not asking for de novo review. Do you agree that they made a critical error or know anything about that?

When you read the appeal, they have been covering everything the denovo review, the fact that Michael teamed w/his lawyer for financial purposes, all kinds of stuff...they must have some evidence....it is good...I am thinking they better approve this....and Terri will get a JURY TRIAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just woke up, LegalE. Are you talking about the Supreme Court Appeal? No one seems to have the slightest hope for Terri there, for obvious reasons of their past behavior. The Court could simply refuse to even hear the case, right? Their previous pattern...When I fell asleep, everyone was talking about the DCF and if they would try to take custody because of her desperate condition. Nothing up with that? I see only threads about Jeb being finished if he does not act to protect her, now.
