Michael Savage said today that Terri is a "sacrifice" to keep abortion popular with the people. He said the abortion lobby wants no kind of "right to life" precedent to come from having saved Terri. So she must die, and the abortionists will pop champagne corks Friday to celebrate another in a long string of legal victories.
It would seem too that gay marriage is now a foregone conclusion. The opposition won't fight: so the courts will legalize such "marriages" with hardly a whimper raised.
The days grow evil but be of good courage and do ever surrender.
And that's not hyperbole, either.
I think you're correct about the connection to abortion. The people in favor of it come absolutely unglued when they think anything (read: conservative Christians) might take it away from them. It's like they're addicted to the thought of being able to do away with anything inconvenient and they go into withdrawal if they think they might have to give that option up.
