Well, THAT particular separation is only for things like school prayer and posting the Ten Commandments in courthouses. There is no separation of Church and State when it comes to denying a baptized Catholic the last rites as you starve and dehydrate her.

I am also trying to figure out how Terri qualifies for Medicaid. I thought the Medicaid laws were very strict. The Government doesn't pay until you spend down all your assets. If Michael is responsible for her then he should not have income over a certain amount in order for Medicaid to take over. Medicaid is an impoverisment program. I think MS should have to pay back all the money that Medicaid has paid out and that should include his house if he owns one.
