I am also trying to figure out how Terri qualifies for Medicaid. I thought the Medicaid laws were very strict. The Government doesn't pay until you spend down all your assets. If Michael is responsible for her then he should not have income over a certain amount in order for Medicaid to take over. Medicaid is an impoverisment program. I think MS should have to pay back all the money that Medicaid has paid out and that should include his house if he owns one.

It is a spend down program. So, if you are a spouse, you should have to spend YOUR money if you want YOUR rights.

The Woodside Hospice has been collecting Medicaid from the Government for years for patients that are not qualified and the Feds are suing the hospice for $14.8 million.

That hospice and its operators are a facility for fraud and death.
