Jeb Bush's hands are tied. He would do whatever he could to help her. He is Catholic and he has a compassionate heart. What more can he do?

Maybe the constitution does give him a right to use exec power...and maybe that would have to trump anything else...but they would go back to the same old "It was Terri's wishes",,,so they need to stress the inadmissibility of the evidence that Michael gave as to what she said as hearsay..iy really never should have been admitted....I need to find the trasncripts and read that stuff...tonight they need to show enough new evidence to warrant a new trial, and then Michael would have to come up with that same testimony which would be refuted by other more credible witnesses. When this first happened Terri had no attorney, so who was objecting to the hearsay testimony...????
Jeb Bush's hands are tied.

He could use the Department of Health and Welfare. Site some rule violation to cause the hospice to be evacuated and shut down according to a suspicion of a rule violation. It dosen't matter if it's true or not.
Michael invited GW to visit Terri.
Jeb could visit Terri in his brother's place.
Like he represented GW when he went to the Tsunami-disaster region.
Jeb has had 15 months to do something and hasn't. He knew, we all knew, the last time was only to buy her time. Jeb and the republicans had the time and did nothing.
