Wouldn't that mean that Greer is making law? Since Terri is not PVS and there's new evidence contradicting that? I know I'm putting you on the spot. I'm not meaning to do that but the law he's using says she has to be PVS and there's new evidence. It seems to me he is now writing law. Not following law.
King George III's ruling was law too, until we got fed up with being taxed without representation. I don't remember Patrick Henry, George Washington, Sam Adams or John Hancock saying, "Oh well, it's the law and there's nothing we can do about it"
Our colonial and state representatives were FAR braver men than we see in office today. Why are they considered heroes for defending our freedoms and rights, sometimes by force. yet, considered criminal if they do the same today? Remember, these were Godly men, not Libs.
