I'm sorry, but if JEB lets Terri die he will be no hero to us. He is afraid! It is times like this that we know what a REAL man is and what isn't!
I think Jeb is doing the best he can within the reality of what he has to work with.
If the judiciary is corrupt, you can't just walk all over them - we would have anarchy.
"Now Whittemore wants to hear the case again. Someone mentioned that Gibbs wasn't prepared last time and Whittemore practically gave him directions (don't know how true...don't bite my head off). "
I could've sworn earlier that I heard that Whittmore actually called Gibbs and said to come back....if this is true, good sign...could it be he saw the Supreme Ct filing and read what has happened to Terri and maybe that shows some merit? I am hoping
Seriously what do you want him to do? Kill the sherriffs that are just doing their jobs and take her? That is just silly and unreasonable.

This isn't the answer...what good is it if he gets arrested? Terri still loses...you guys have to think, he would do what he can, but breaking the law, although the law seems to be so against us, is out of the question...mainly because it would not help Terri....I will tell you, I am studying to be a lawyer and i am quickly learning how unfair things can be (and also how emotional I can get over the unfairness)and while you think that things seem logical enough to prevail in court, that the rules of law and other things get in the way of the truth coming out. It is a catch 22 & what is sad is that Terri ends up paying the price. I am physically ill over this.
