Yes, he ruled on custody. All I know is that was the state asking and now they are appealing to the same judge (Wittlemore) who ruled first at the federal level the other day. There was a motion Greer ruled on before ruling against the state on the custody thing. I don't know that anything else is before him on this.

There was a motion Greer ruled on before ruling against the state on the custody thing. I don't know that anything else is before him on this. That 'might' have been the one were he ruled against unsealing documents to the DCFS.
