There was a motion Greer ruled on before ruling against the state on the custody thing. I don't know that anything else is before him on this. That 'might' have been the one were he ruled against unsealing documents to the DCFS.

Yeah he won't unseal those records, because to do so would probebly incriminate him with wrong doing as well as Schiavo....this is outrageous and another judge needs to look at things with fresh eyes, how will they know what really happened if they don't? There needs to be an investigation, I am not up on how to go about investigation of a corrupt judge....
