If the vulnerable adults caregiver or guardian is present, the protective investigator must seek the guardians consent before the person may be removed from the premises unless the protective investigator suspects that the vulnerable adults caregiver or guardian has caused the abuse, neglect or exploitation. The department shall, within 24 hours after providing or arranging for emergency removal of the vulnerable adult
. Petition the court for an order authorizing emergency protective services.
If the vulnerable adults caregiver or guardian is present, the protective investigator must seek the guardians consent........it was for that reason......that the injunction was given....according to what I heard earlier on Fox News. Now they may be wrong..but that is what is being reported. DFC cannot remove Terri without ms's consent.

Consent from the guardian? It's the guardian who's killing her.
This is the Roe v Wade of our time. Pray without ceasing because the dark forces are certainly busy.

If the vulnerable adult's caregiver or guardian is present, the protective investigator must seek the caregiver's or guardian's consent pursuant to subsection (4) before the vulnerable adult may be removed from the premises, unless the protective investigator suspects that the vulnerable adult's caregiver or guardian has caused the abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
The pertinent part is right there. That's a big 'unless' that gives the DCF the ability to take Terri away from MS. That portion, the suspecting that MS has caused the abuse allows the DCF to remove Terri from him. He has no say if they suspect him.

Remember someone stating earlier that an agent from the DCFS went in to see Terri? Perhaps it was so they could make an eyewitness account for the final report.
