I know that, and I've read all the sections of the law that pertain. And I agree with you 100%

Jeb is their boss. Yet the cops - the state cops too, according to what's been posted here - are going along with Greer's orders.

That's why it's an insurrection. I say Jeb has the duty and legal right to call out the guard to put it down. If he does that, he might well put a stop to the blackrobe's attempt to overturn the entire Constitution.
