He used a DOCTOR who published an article saying NO PVS PERSON SHOULD HAVE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS AND NO ALZHIEMERS PATIENT IN NEED OF A FEEDING TUBE SHOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE A FEEDING TUBE INSERTED...
