I'm afraid I'm getting so cynical that I'm suspicious of everyone's motives. My first thought when reading this was that CNN is anticipating the fallout and is taking steps to whitewash their own image, i.e. they don't care about Terri, they're just looking out for themselves. I hope I'm wrong.
I just woke up everyone and can't believe Jeb and DCFS did not intervene in the middle of the night! So i guess we wait for USSC and Judge Greer today and that is it. I think it will be over today hopefully and Terri can get to a hospital to get help.
I also hope that once this is over Justice will be done to all that tried to kill Terri Schiavo. I hope it is proven that she is not PVS and than we can see people like Alan Colmes admit he is wrong and agree that what happend to Terri was wrong. I want to see Greer possibly have charges brought against him. I want to see HINO go to jail for attempted murder and live life in a jail!
God we pray for a miracle from YOU and pray for Justice for those who want to do harm to Terri!

I appreciate your optimism on all this. You've been very positive that action would be taken. After that presser yesterday I had real hope. I just don't understand why Jeb didn't and isn't acting yet. I hope he believes that Terri can last until he does.
If the Supremes deny a hearing on this case despite the flagrant judicial disregard of law and past court rulings, it will be the exclamation point on the notion that Judicial Tyranny has overtaken this country.
I agree, if they deny with all that evidence that can be presented, it will be egregious....I think it has merit now
I haven't slept right for days - ever since they started trying to murder our little sister. Around 5 p.m. last night, thinking our little sister would be rescued, I laid down in bed and woke up about 12 hrs later. Now I see that our little sister is still being tortured. I would never have been able to sleep had I known. On the other hand, I know our Heavenly Father is just giving people more time to choose life. Wheat from the tares kind of thing.
Heavenly Father - We humbly ask that You have mercy on us and grant our petition that our little sister, Theresa Marie Schiavo, be protected and saved. We pray that her body will recover completely from the enemy's attempt on her life - In the Holy Sacred Precious Name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Master. Amen.
There is supposed to be an evaluation before "life support" is removed. They don't even have a doc's sig on the paperwork admitting Terri to hospice.
The law doesn't apply to Greer and Greer doesn't apply the law.
Sounds like a showdown at high noon.
Even more importantly, how is it that legislation can be introduced, rewritten, haggled over for years, details hammered out, voted on, rewritten, voted on again, adjusted to fit concerns of numerous elected representatives, reworked once more, voted on, signed into law, and then completely ignored????
Bah! I've have lost ALL faith in the judicial system. The tyrants in robes are drunk with their own power. Absolute power corrupts absolutely, and we're seeing it before our very eyes. (Except George Greer, who is blind - in more ways than one.)

Strengthen JEB BUSH, who has the power in his hands to rescue Terri.
If he will not, send GEORGE BUSH to save our little sister in Christ, Terri.
If there is another Way by which she may be restored to Life and Love in the bosom of her family, I pray for that, too.
Strengthen hearts and minds and spirits...we grow weary and faint in the way.

Any idea who he was with? I just checked all the websites for local media. NOT ONE MENTION THAT Jim King VOTED FOR TERRI TO DIE, not one. The Florida Baptist Witness has the listing of the votes and how each Sen. voted but the majority of people here give a hoot or even know about FBW.
