They are trying to protect themselves. Greer & the Hospice had their own lawyers there. They know eventually the jig will be up.
Not so fast fellas.....
They must know this isn't going away - it's just getting started. Attempted murder in broad daylight and for the whole world to see!

Several lawyers, including dershowitz said this would be the arguement so I think he did right...let's not blame him, if we lose again, I think we'd lose even if we had the best attorney that ever lived, they are doing this on purpose..a circus..a show..
I have a hard time believing any lawyer for the Schindler's ever had a chance in Greer's courtroom. I believe he had made up his mind made up from day one.
He's Felos puppet. Felos knew exactly how this would play out once he got Terri's case to Greer and kept it there.
What are you watching? I have a TV in front of me but can't stomach turning it on.

This has been a huge disappointment for me. I used to love watching Shep in the evenings! Now I can't stand to turn his programs on.

As Florida’s Department of Children and Families headed to the Florida Supreme Court to appeal the ruling of Pinellas County probate court judge George W. Greer’s interference in their statutory mandated duties, further evidence of abuse and possible attempted murder of Terri Schiavo has come to the forefront.
