Scary. If he's the guardian another judge should be handling it. This whole thing smells so bad.
72 hours for free--hey, I'd take it, you'd take it, and, God willing and the creeks don't rise, Jeb and the DCF will take it.
at michael's petition - make no mistake. Michael, if all the reports are true, has a desperate need to have her dead and immediately cremated...also already given permission for by Greer...
mom said the tv said there were going to be fireworks tonight. There were more fireworks last night. Tonight, people were calmly talking about "if I get arrested..." These are not radicals but with the police presence there, they could just decide to arrest everybody and sort out who did what later. They have large paddy wagons on site. If something happens in the wee hours of the morning, I'm not there. I'll be back there tomorrow after I try to get some sleep.
Wow I've been wondering what Mitchbert wrote so eloquently. I hope it's true. But even in Terri's right mind, W couldn't ask "Would you mind being without water again for maybe a week or more?" And he couldn't have secret negotiations with her family asking them to do this, because they could never say yes. It could be in his thoughts. But I don't think so. I think the level of evil always surprises him and he's never prepared. I guess none of us are.
What Mitchbert wrote might come true...it will definitely be interesting if this is a positive change for America, or another Roe change.
That's what I was thinking too - but Good Friday is not on the list of legal holidays for Florida... :(

You know what.....I'm really sorry now that I even reported what I had heard earlier on Greta's show. I never said I believed it...I never said it was correct. I simply reported it.
So.....NOW I'll take myself off to bed.
You forgot "king".
Glad to see you made it home safely.
Yeah, and one of her guardians is Greer...according to him, she does not need a guardian ad litem because he is standing in that capacity. Judging her to case and guarding her interests at the same time. I believe that is illegal.
It clear as a bell isn't it? - It hard trying to get others to understand this. Greer can threaten all he wants. In someway I hope he is her guardian, someone said that Mikey signed guardianship over to Greer, but Mikey has not implied that during his interviews.
I am hoping they go in before dawn to take her into protective custody once the cameras are off and when most people are asleep.
Amen
So what you and your mom are saying is that the Greer police department is going to do a sweep in the wee hours.
How about removing the feeding tube, which was not provided for under court order? And how is a court order forbidding all feeding and hydration, including natural feeding and hydration, not void on its face?
Don't be upset. There were at least 3 of us that saw it and posted it. No one was posting as fact only that we heard it and it was incredible. After reading Scoop 1 's post to me with the statute, I felt better. Scoop is right, we can't listen to the talking heads on Fox or any of the news channels.
Good night, get a good rest and pray for good news when you awake :)
I hope Mitchbert is right too, but gentlestrength makes a good point about the governor allowing this suffering to go on this long.....it seems totally unconscionable.
And it is a big gamble since no one but God knows how much longer Terri can endure this.
Bulloney---you want to believe Fox or you want to believe Florida Statutes? not up to arguing, believe what you want
I was NOT arguing. I was simply pointing out what part of the statute the atty was saying the judge ruled on.
Ya know......I was actually pointing out what OTHERS were saying....what was being reported on a news program.
I doubt I will again report what I hear. This has been brutal.
Lord....why?
They all lie. Roe v Wade was based on lies as, well. Norma McCorvey (Roe) wasn't even pregnant. And they just used her. The lawyers in the case were shopping a client victim for a case to make abortion legal.
