Amen. I came to this conclusion eons ago. The only "wasted vote" is the one not cast and the only way someone should vote is with their conscience. You can't support a party of rhetoric with a conscience. Sooner or later the rhetoric has to mean something and sooner or later the people spouting the rhetoric have to stand upon their principles or be revealed for the phonies they are.

It should be obvious that Gov. Bush is doing everything possible in his capacity to do, just as Pres. Bush and the Congress have done. It would be wrong, in our stress over this situation, to bring rebuke on those who have been in the forefront of the efforts (both publicly and behind the scenes) to search for relief in this situation.

It's my belief that we will probably never know the depths of the valiant and determined effort, and the dozens of legal minds, hands and hours that have been laser focused on this cause. We must keep praying for Terri and her family, and know that our Dear Lord hears every prayer, and has His plan.

Judge Greer will have ZERO meaningful opposition. Some kook perhaps but nobody serious. Any serious lawyer would be screwed over by the other judges.

Unfortunately, we know too much about him; he's a Clinton appointee and even resembles Bubba. I don't have a photo handy but if you see him you'll understand. He's the first federal judge that turned down the family after the bill Dubya signed... took some time off the clock too.
