David Debois with Greta on CNN said a de novo review should be done: "What was or was not this woman's express desire," is the issue, and it wasn't brought up to the District court in the parent's pleadings.

Did you follow the reasons that atty gave for WHY the injunction was issued..and the ins and out of what DCF could and could not do? My hearing was that DCF could only view her at the hospice and could not remove her? Did I mis-hear? If so....apologies to all for my incorrect reporting!

A few people from DCF should go there, one of them should deck Michael, and the rest should feed Terri since Greer's order only requires Michael to stop food and hydration for Terri--it imposes no requirements on anyone else.

Makes no sense to me at all. DCF already KNEW Greer would oppose them. They didn't just suddenly find that out.

I'm willing to stay here and wait for the great news, but haven't had much sleep lately. I have a hunch that if it's God's will, Terri will be free tonight at long last.

Please tell me this doesn't mean Michael could sue some doctor for his "wife's" wrongful death! If this could help the parents, great, but Michael???

You could sue Judge Greer for wrongful death, but he would just hide behind the skirts of the Euthanasia Dr.'s who gave expert testimony that she was PVS. Unfortunately, it would be impossible to prove she isn't PVS, if she's deceased.

There was a lot of fuss tonight but no fury. Terri remains in Hospice surrounded by bad hospice workers since three good ones were fired for refusing to pledge allegiance to Hospice instead of the US Government. They all refused to sign the document and went straight to the media.

Greer would end up part of the investigation into exploitation etc. I can't imagine an injunction from him could stop DCF. Just as Schiavo couldn't stop it.

Chief justice has a trach tube that enables him to breath...what if it were a threat to him to pull his trach ???
