DCF and the Florida Dept of Law Enforcement are backing off. They are honoring Judge Greer's order. This was on a local radio station.

If the Bush brothers fail to act via executive order, then could we say there is blood on their cowardly hands as well? I would imagine to some extent, yes. I believe God has more respect for the enemy that takes a stand decisively, as well as those who hear His word and act accordingly. The fence-sitters are the worst of the lot I believe.
Rev 3:
15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.

If true, (Florida state police say they have washed their hands in the basin over Terri) then I guess,
that is it.Only two plausible remaining actions.
President Bush, big brother of former Governor Jeb Bush, steps in with FEDERAL MARSHALS, and opposes Governor Greer, and rescues Terri.
Or, simply stated, she dies before our eyes in the next few hours and days.
Dejected. Very dejected folks.
At the end of my personal road on this fierce battle (almost), that we appear to have lost this one in the larger Cultural War and the War for Life Over Death.

Some reporter, I think, asked him what they would do if the DCF or Bush came into the hospice to take custody. He then gave his kidnapping response.

You speak absudity.
They republicans and the republican house and the republican senate have done a youman's job of keep the fight this far.
Democrats would have done NOTHING. They would have just left it to the judges. They would have left it without TRYING.
REMEMBER THIS WAS GOING ON DURING THE CLINTON YEARS TOO! Where was HILARY during her healthcare talks? WHERE IS HITLARY NOW?
No body has washed their hands. If anything you pilate analogy is as fake as the rigged fake polling of the left.

I'm not sure I understand, DCFS told Judge Greer they will not take Terri into protective custody but told him yesterday they want to! That makes no sense! Maybe they told him yesterday that they would wait for his ruling and wouldn't do it between yesterday till today's ruling. I hope once the ruling goes down that is when Jeb says enough! God give him the strength and courage!

ABSOLUTELY.
FILE AGAIN, GET A NEW 3-HOUR WINDOW, AND GET HER OUT OF THERE.
I'm grasping at straws here, I know, but I hope they haven't given up over in Tallahassee.

That's something I was trying to find out. I think, well what I really think might sound crazy, but I think Florida law has long been nudged into alignment to have someone like Terri killed to enact the will of evil.
That aside, from what I've read so far, I think the adult protection cases may fall into, guess where, probate court. I don't know how, but it seems to as I list from the sixth circuit court information page. I just don't know if it would go to a different judge if Greer is implicated. I don't know how he couldn't be, or how the law would allow a judge to preside over himself.
The Circuit Civil Division is a court of general jurisdiction for all civil matters that arise out of an issue amounting to $15,000 or more. In calendar year 1998 a total of 10,428 cases were filed in the Sixth Circuit.
The Circuit Criminal Division is a court with jurisdiction over all actions, cases and proceedings involving the administration of criminal justice, including all felony cases and misdemeanors arising out of a felony crime. A felony is a crime punishable by a year or more in jail. In calendar year 1998 a total of 14,824 cases were filed in this circuit.
The Family Division oversees all suits, causes, proceedings or actions related to dissolution of marriage, child custody, child visitation, grandparent proceedings, annulment, URESA or UFISA, child support, alimony, domestic or foreign order judgment, name change, paternity, adoption, domestic and repeat violence injunctions, separate maintenance, Chapter 39 and 985, Florida Statutes and other proceedings designated by administrative order of the Chief Judge. In calendar year 1998, 16,200 family cases were filed with an additional 4,854 cases in the Juvenile Dependency section.
The Juvenile Delinquency Division handles all criminal matters committed by juveniles, persons under the age of 18, unless the child is certified to adult court. In calendar year 1998, 29,853 of these types of cases were filed.
The Probate and Guardianship Division handles all cases related to estates, trusts, guardianships, and mental health. These include cases in the mental health area such as Involuntary Commitment, Development Disabilities, Drug or Alcohol Abuse and Elder Abuse, Neglect or Exploitation. In calendar year 1998, 10,198 cases were filed in the circuit.
