Honesty, what's the worst that can happen if you should get caught? Grant it, you could be arrested. Loose your job, but a life may be saved by your dereliction of duty. I truly believe that it would be worth the punishment. Surely such an individual would be praised as a hero, not to say that this would be ones motivation to save Terri.

It is disturbing to witness the complacency of those who are in position to take immediate action.

I live in new jersey and cannot right now get down to Florida. but all freepers who live in Florida should at least check out the scene at the hospice. if there are enough people doing this, security can be overwhelmed and just give this poor woman a glass of water. I suggest especially nurses and those with experience in handling the care of disabled people take the lead here. What else can we do?

By now, she's too far down to be helped by a drink of water - she needs re hydration in a hospital. Besides, people are strip searched before they can go in to see her - and I believe that there's a policeman in the room - this I hope is true because I'm afraid what michael - who is desperate for her to die - and who, as a nurse himself, I had read, has access to needles and chemicals - of even just a needle of air...

I'm with you on this! Besides, how can anyone stay at a place that allows such barbarity? I'd rather loose my job and know that I did the right thing, than never be able to live with myself. But I can't speak for the nurses and other caregivers who have to endure this horrendous nightmare. I don't know their circumstances, but I'd rather scrub toilets. Wish they'd all converge on her bedside, or walk out. What is the policeman on duty going to do? Shoot a group of people? And how can that officer stand this. The force must provide therapy, because they're going to need it.

Pray for Terri, and then take action against those who are part of this evil.
