And that is a manufactured lie. Or so I, as a non-medical preson - believe. Common sense says that a physically healthy and otherwise unmedicated individual will go through a progression of terrible and painful conditions before succumbing to dehydration and starvation. Some medical person convince me otherwise, please, without repeating the platitude about a painless and natural death.
