>Maybe they were afraid and now they see there is strength in numbers

The people trying
to keep this woman "alive"
are starting to look

less and less Christian,
and rather like folks defined
by a psychotic

fear of death
. Christ's love
is supposed to give us peace,
ease our fear of death.

By fighting so hard
to keep this tragic woman
on the fringe of "life"

to my eyes it looks
like some folks are confessing
lack of Christian faith.

The Bible says to "Choose ye life". Good enough for me.

No Christian is afraid of death, but Terri is being murdered, and maybe against her will. Like Dubya said, if we must ERR, we should ERR on the side of LIFE.

You've got it exactly backwards. I've peeked over the edge at death and surprisingly it didn't scare me. Probably something to do with my faith.

The fear you talk about is not death, it is the fear you feel when you see a severely disabled person and tremble at the thought it might be you. That is the fear that attorneys like Felos and the media have played on to push the culture of death into the public square.

You need to look in the mirror and give yourself an honest assessment. Does the fear of severe disability impact your thinking? For the record I have the same fear but I don't let it affect the facts of the case. And the facts are clear, this is BS.

From where you stand, I suppose we Christians had better stop fighting against the injustice of abuse, neglect, attempted murder, and murder, because we are thwarting God's will to bring each of us to Him, right?!

Scott Peterson should be hailed as a hero for making Laci go to her Maker prematurely, right?

The same thing is happening here, only in slower motion.

Not lacking faith at all
grieved by treacherous murder
and its precedent
