The court already ruled that she's to die. (Didn't it?) I think we're waiting/hoping for the Justice Dept. to step in now. (Aren't we?) Beginning to lose track of this case myself...

So where is this appeals court that was going to stay up late tonight and issue a ruling? They're probably out feeding their faces and drinking cool beverages right now as they mull over whether to allow a disabled woman to drink some water. Come on 11th circuit, let's get it together and save this poor lady's life!
