Do I sound crazy saying that? No. I don't think so. I know many are being derided for the Nazi comparison. I'm a fairly decent student of history. I'll be damned if I can think of a better comparison to the mentality that allows us to starve a human being to death who would stay alive otherwise.

A utilitarian society is right down the road. You only have to see all the focus on what Terri can and cannot do, even here.
As if someone would be allowed to dehydrate a small mammal to death, which might have the same degree of productiveness for society that Terri would have if she truly were PVS.
