I am getting a little hopeful again because of the long period of this hearing. If this was to be thrown out at once, why have twelve hours of deliberations? Just to bring her that much closer to death or what?

I am getting a little suspicious that the court is trying to stall, hope she dies before they make a ruling, so they won't have the stigma of "killing Terri"--they can say it is no their fault that they "ran out of time"....

Is any one else thinking what I am thinking?
