and is indeed succombing to a death threat.
It sounds like this bill will not get enough votes. I believe that they're greatly exaggerating receiving death threats from people. They senators are being swamped with e-mails and phone calls and consider these threats.
I'm beginning to see that myself.

At any rate, I'm sure Jacko and the Senate Judiciary Democrats are pleased the spotlight is on something else.

There is no doubt about that. They should be given a citation for bravery by President Bush instead of having an arrest record. Speaking of President Bush.......
If they can't work together any better than this to save someone's life they need to resign from public office. There should be no question when it comes to saving someone's life...and we're supposed to trust that they have the intelligence to make other important decisions for the state.

Think a lot of these that vote against Terri pulled the tube on someone close to them. Justification of the guilt feelings I think.

oh for pity sake...who would be sending him death threats? We are asking him to vote to save Terri. Who does he say is threatening him....maybe someone from the Schaivo side?
