That's what's driving Freepers nuts - this is one of those times they want the courts to be activist and not follow the law.
The courts created this "right of the husband...." I wonder when this right will be applied to a wifes lack of a will? ....Where is the living will that formally documents the wishes of the wife?

How cares what a judge says, they want the power to kill and I'm against it in all cases - babies, seniors, disabled or criminals. And I don't care what the law says, I find it all disturbing.
