That's probably what the Federal Judge is hoping: Terri will die before he has to make it official that he's the one willing to let her die.
My beloved said if he allows Greer's rulings to stand he (the judge) knows he's NEVER going to get any higher in the Judge-food chain, and he also knows if he sets Greer's rulings aside the Dems themselves won't let him get any where.
My, my.
As they say, "Life is rough in the fast lanes."
Can someone tell me if THIS judge is also pro-death by way of euthanasia???
It's a deadly desease, euthanasia is, but it seems but it's afflicting all the wrong people....

If this was a cop killer on death row there would be ACLU lawyers and Hollywood scumbags coming out of the woodwork to help keep him/her alive. I am praying for a miracle this coming Easter Sunday.

I thought I would borrow that for my new tagline. If you want it back, just let me know.

It's a Clinton judge. I think he's just going to twiddle his thumbs until she dies and then say he regrets he didn't have enough time to make render a decision before it became moot.

I would encourage all here to think on that statement, because it is the essence of events transpiring in the Congress over the weekend.
The courts have ruled and reruled and there is little to any chance that a federal judge is going to overturn umpteen judges ahead of him. The case has been decided.
A federal judge must make a judgment and he is going to sustain the lower courts. On appeal, the SCOTUS will again not hear the case.
The congress made an effort, they tried, so did the President. There must now be a hue and cry to assure bad ol boy judges are replaced with good Conservative judges.
The recent events had nothing to do with Terry, they were all about getting judges past a filibuster through the Senate.
