CNN radio news at the half-hour says that the judge has rendered a decision, but will not say what it is or when he will announce it.

Well, I'm just calling it like I see it and that's the way it looked to me. Oh, well.

Don't know. I only know that Michael had it put in her records not to feed her. According to this doctor should could eat if she had been allowed. Don't understand it either.

Getting a bad feeling about this 'ruling'.
What ever happened to the days these things were actually decided by LAW and not POLITICS?
Maddening beyond words.

He's probably waiting for Zogby's updated life or death poll numbers before he makes his decision!

I didn't mean to post a misleading headline. That was exactly what Fox reported. Maybe if the judge would move faster we would know more.

If he rules against re-inserting the tube the Schindlers will immediately file an appeal during which time the tube goes back in.

It probably will go to the appeals court in Atlanta, hopefully soon.....tomorrow so she will not have to wait for too long. Last time she had to wait 6 days.

"...but will not say what it is or when he will announce it.." I'll venture to guess that he will time the announcement to coincide nicely with the evening news. That way he will get the most coverage. What a POS! A woman's life hangs in the balance and he will not say what or when.

It is time for President Bush to issue a Pardon for Terri. Is that possible? This is outrageous.

some here shouldn't get pissed at him for trying to render an opinion of what the laws says, not what he is for.....he is very very Pro life and has stated it on numerous occasions.........

According to a doc just on Hannity who saw her-she can eat and swallow, but it isn't allowed by Michael.I heard that!
It is just stunning at these turn of events. Apparently Michael Shiavo made the comment to Terri at one point, "Die... B*tch die!", while an attending nurse was in the room.
What kind of idiot judges don't see what the heck is going on here?

PRESIDENT BUSH - SEND IN FEDERAL MARSHALLS. THIS JUDGE IS NOT FOLLOWING THE INTENT OF CONGRESS.
If the President does not take decision and immediate action (damn the "legality" of it). I am through with the Republican party. I am sick of impotent grandstanding. I will not support a party that continues to let judges rule.
It should take a VERY long time to throughly review this case. While that occurs the tube should be reinserted. This is a no-brainer.
