CNN radio news at the half-hour says that the judge has rendered a decision, but will not say what it is or when he will announce it.

I didn't mean to post a misleading headline. That was exactly what Fox reported. Maybe if the judge would move faster we would know more.

It probably will go to the appeals court in Atlanta, hopefully soon.....tomorrow so she will not have to wait for too long. Last time she had to wait 6 days.

I'll venture to guess that he will time the announcement to coincide nicely with the evening news. That way he will get the most coverage. What a POS! A woman's life hangs in the balance and he will not say what or when.

PRESIDENT BUSH - SEND IN FEDERAL MARSHALLS. THIS JUDGE IS NOT FOLLOWING THE INTENT OF CONGRESS.

If the President does not take decision and immediate action (damn the "legality" of it). I am through with the Republican party. I am sick of impotent grandstanding. I will not support a party that continues to let judges rule.

It should take a VERY long time to throughly review this case. While that occurs the tube should be reinserted. This is a no-brainer.
