You're making a lot of claims that you'll have to support. Where's the evidence he tried to kill his wife and the evidence he killed a family pet. Not to mention melting down a wedding ring.
If that's all hearsay then it doesn't belong in the discussion.
The melting down of the wedding ring I believe is established fact.
However, the beating of Terri has not been established as fact, near as I can tell.
"If that's all hearsay then it doesn't belong in the discussion."
I suppose you'd support Terri's right to due process until such claims were validated/invalidated by an exhaustive investigation and court inquiry!?
I read on another thread that he had her cats euthanized. There was speculation on that thread as to why this was done but not substantiated, so I won't repeat it here.
Some of the stuff mentioned in this piece is pure speculation.
Where is the evidence for this in particular:
"Michael Schiavo killed his wife Terri's cat, melted down her wedding ring..."
I don't believe Michael, but you have to show the evidence of this one.
"...the evidence he killed a family pet."

"After wining control of Terri's treatment, plus medical malpractice and other legal awards totaling some $1.6 million, Michael had Terri's cats, Shanna and Tolly, put to sleep."
(He says it was Terri's mother who told him to do so, but the vet denies that.)

The veterinarian who euthanized Terris pets came forward to say there was never any suggestion from Terris mother that this be done, and that it was done only at Michael Schiavos insistence.
Interesting point (your reference to all of this being "hearsay"), but, legally speaking, isn't his claim that, "Terri told me she wouldn't want to live like this" also hearsay - especially in light of the fact that the treatment and rahabilitation he has denied her since was the basis of his lawsuit?
It's also legally actionable
It was two cats. He had her rings melted and made into a ring for himself.
He said it himself on Larry King Live last year.
I did see on another thread that he had her cats (plural) put to sleep, and that he said it was on Terri's mother's advice, which the vet who did it disputes. I forget which of the 100s of threads I saw it on.

Good point, and one that bears repeating. I've read so many of these threads and FR is quickly becoming The Enquirer. So many unproven allegations being batted about as "facts". sigh
