I've always been uncomfortable with the phrase "circumventing the courts", it makes it sound they THEY are the absolute authority in this country.. and, at this point folks, I guess they are.. I'm beginning to think the title "President of the United States" carries about as much power as "Queen of England".
I agree with you. Like the COURTS are the be all and end all and there are NO other branches of government. But that is how such an act on the part of the president, will be viewed.
