No Greer was not at the courthouse yesterday. His new attorney Barry Cohen was there representing his "interests". He can have a lawyer represent HIS interests but he won't letter Terri have a lawyer to represent hers
This was supposed to be a DE NOVO hearing. The former case decisions and all the facts gathered were NOT SUPPOSED to be considered. I would think that would mean legally, Terri's feeding tube would have to be re-inserted. I hope the 11th circuit overturns the previous Judges decision, based on that and other arguments.
Then the U.S. Congress is going to have to pass some more legislation. It is needed anyway. If Terri lives she will never get a FAIR Trial from THAT MAN, Judge Whittemore.
In situations like Terri's, the assumption should be for LIFE.
"Cohen"? A child of Abraham, from the line of the priests, fighting against God's law....what a crying shame.
