Continuation of Terri Schiavo daily March threads. Due to overwhelming participation we reached over 5000 posts in three days time!
Agreed. I work in the court system, so to speak, as a paralegal. This is ill-advised. Judges do not like getting these kinds of calls.
we need that investigation but right now, I think we should try and call those on the Florida Legislature. They need one more Yea and they can pass the much needed legislature.
If any FREEPERS outide the US are able to call, please do.
I think that makes more of an impression than those close to home. Thank you.

I did call about 10am, and I didn't ramble or lost it, but it is hard for me to tell someone not to call when I did...sorry.

Whittemore was sadistic to cause Terri to linger in starvation mode and Terri's parents to be subjected to excruciating anxiety. Whittemore is as mean as cat dirt. And he's a fat white guy, too. I hope he enjoys his sumptuous dinner tonight. Rich guy - probably going to gobble up steak and baked potatoes and chocolate cake for dessert. What a pig!!!!!!!!!
That's my problem with these people - those who could do something have no moral courage. This is not that hard - someone just needs to DO THE RIGHT THING!

No. This new law placed the case in the Federal Court. It has been REMOVED from the state court even though greer can't seem to get the message. He was at Whittemore's court and had an ATTORNEY at the other.

I think a letter to Whittemore would be very appropriate.
Greer is named as a defendant, along with the Hospice.
This, of course, appears to be what the husband has not been willing to have done by totally objective doctors and medical facilities UNRELATED to those who made the original determinations regarding his case.
If he is to be trusted to be credible, this he would not only agree to, but he would be the one saying: "Conduct the tests. Determine for yourself that she is what we have claimed she is."
That he does not do so leads one to be wary of his position.
They are saying we should not call the Court Clerk.
I think it is okay if you did. When I called, I just very politely asked them to please try to save Terri.
The very kind lady in the office said she would make a note and asked where I was calling from.
I said Texas.
But rueoflaw says we should CALL FLORIDA LEGISLATURE ONLY.

Should we call on the assembly to IMPEACH GREER? If not now, when? Regardless of what happens to Terri the guy needs to be out of office and behind bars.
