Good! Thank you.
Oy Veh! The pain!
The darkness is deep in our world.
We cannot sit on our hands any more in a culturally Christian world and expect the right laws, the right behaviors, the right standards. That world is gone.
Every step now calls us to be witnesses. And people are not going to necessarily agree with us.
But at least the pretense of it is over.
Lord, strengthen us.
Be with Terri,
keep Terri and her mother close to your heart,
and enhearten all of us who are working for you.
Help us be your hands here on earth.
Help us to see with your eyes,
love with your heart,
this day and always, Amen.
You better believe it. This case will have full semesters at law school. It'll set precedent for similar cases and lets hope none of us are the subject.
Allegations of widespread abuse and corruption in the care of elderly in Pinellas county, that's what I gather.
Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!
You have FR mail.
I think people are just going to look at that and go "oh man we don't know where to begin. Next case?"
:-(
Thank you!
.
U.S. Justice Dept needs to give Judge GREER an Eye Exam ...now.
.
Well this is unbelievable that we have to witness a woman starve to death all because of a corrupt judicial system in Florida. Pray that the atlanta court sees it differently. As said by others, the bill that congress passed was not followed correctly, the judge did not do a de novo review, but merely looked at what has already been filed in the past....in the motion that David Gibbs made, it clearly stated that Terri demands a trial by Jury...I think if a jury were to hear the new facts of this case that they can produce, Terri would win. How wrong it is that no one wants to give her that chance.
Does anyone have an e-mail addy for this "poor excuse of a Catholic Bishop" Lynch?? There are a few things I'd like to say to this creep... TIA
Oh My Word!
Guess who defended Matassini? Barry Cohen!!
This was 1977 and Cohen was a defense attorney

I'm not even in his state, but I thought I'd try!
I'm not sure what it being faxed which is why I asked for a copy. It's in regards to the Pinellas County guardian scandal.
