Here's one for you to ponder. Right now, as we speak, we have a current case in my area regarding the neglect of a child. This little girl was kept by her father, locked in a completely empty & dark room with the windows covered over (there wasn't even any carpet). She had nothing but a picture of herself when she was heavy. No other stimuli whatsoever, although she did attend school sometimes. She was also given very little food.

Obviously, the father has been arrested, and is in jail for child abuse and neglect. WHY? He's her "legal guardian"...he is after all, her closest family member.

This man has done basically the same thing to his "wife" for all these years. No therapy, no going outside, very little stimuli, limits on visitors. Why on earth has he been allowed to continue as her legal guardian? Where is the consistancy? People who would decry the former, are ignoring the latter.

Someone said that Greer attended the hearing. Also, famous Tampa Bay porn promotor Joe Redner attended today's hearing. Redner is a good friend of Judge James Whittemore.

We will be demanding to have Judge Greer removed from the bench as unfit and prejudice to preside over any case involving a woman in distress. He is a danger to all disabled women.

He has planned and executed the most flagrant act of Domestic Violence against a woman. Yet, he remains free and protected by judge Greer.

Time to call it a day. I hate to try to fall asleep knowing that Greer has retained the best criminal attorney in the area. He's lawyered up now and HE MAY GET OFF if Barry Cohen is going to defend Greer against criminal charges. So much for sleeping tonight but I'm going to try.

I've been hunting since your post .. can't find it. It was a blog -- but you go to blogsforterri and there's hundreds .. and no search turns up Matt French who he said was typing it for some other guy who had dictated to him as soon as he left the hearing, meaning the other guy had to have been in the courtroom or seen who was there. I may be wrong, now that I think about it .. Greer's attorney may have been there. There's just no way I can remember the blog name .. I just remember Matt French.

D Double Dog D@mn! It's obvious to me that that Clintonoid is dragging his feet on purpose. He can't be so stupid that he wouldn't know that his delay could kill her.
