Continuation of Terri Schiavo daily March threads. Due to overwhelming participation we reached over 5000 posts in three days time!
Didn't somebody say that Greer said he made a mistake when he ruled against Terri but that he wouldn't change it? I would think if he admitted he erred that he would not be there wanting to make sure that they ruled against Terri...but it bothers me that he was there....oh well..I am not gonna worry I am gonna have faith.
I would wish you were right. Unfortunately I don't trust either of these judges now.*sigh* I would think that if her were to RULE in her favor, the faster the better......just my take. Are you a lawyer? or work in the legal profession? just wondering.
It really is a waking nightmare! Tomorrow is going to be a flurry with folks contacting Tallahassee.
They need to throw out all the judges, they've really messed up America.
6 He said to the judges, "Consider what you are doing, for you do not judge for man but for the LORD who is with you when you render judgment.
7 "Now then let the fear of the LORD be upon you; be very careful what you do, for the LORD our God will have no part in unrighteousness or partiality or the taking of a bribe."
Mark 3:28 Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme:
Mark 3:29 But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation:
I don't go by any "man's" teaching, just the Word of God.
Make that shock not concern. Every hair I own is on end. This is the Feds. Totally different ballgame.
Whatever. That is no justification that Terri can't receive IV fluids while he plays his game though.
If this is their answer, stall until she dies can he be passed over?
"They were unbelievable. Poor, poor Terri for having married into that family. They were loud, vicious and creepy and threatened talk show host Glenn Beck. They both callously said about Terri,"There's NOTHIN' there."
I was the second caller after their interview was finished (I was holding through out the interview hoping we would be able to question them). I did not get a chance to make the few targeted points I wanted to make. I was only able to discuss the conflicting hearsay testimony and that Greer discounted the testimony of Terri's friend.
Scoop, you would be interested to know, Steve Schiavo said the Schindlers said on the stand they didn't know what Terri wanted. They were responding to Randall Terry's comment on Hannity that Michael said "we didn't know what she wanted." They said Randall lied and that the remarks were made in court by the Schindlers."
I can't remember which caller was you (2nd), but there were good pro-Terri calls.
The brothers came off as being bullies, just like Michael. Actually, I hope they keep calling talk shows. It helps our side.
The Schiavo brothers said that the Schindlers had said in the past that Michael was a wonderful son-in-law. Maybe they did say that BEFORE they saw reports of bone injuries, police reports, et al.
Tomorrow Dr. Hammesfahr will be on Dom's show, and supposedly the Schiavo brothers will call in.
One Schiavo brother said Terri will feel no pain. Liar.
One Schiavo brother said Terri had experimental surgery, but it did not work. Liar. It DID work, and Terri talked, but Terri didn't get all the therapy that she needed and regressed.
Schiavo brother said video tapes of where Terri laughed, cried, et all were reflex of muscles. WHAT??
They said Dr. Hammmesfahr, Pultzer Prize winner, is a quack. WHAT?? How did he win Pultzer Prize then?
So why doesn't Gibbs file an emergency appeal NOW? Why wait for a clintoid who will rule against him anyway.
Well shame on whoever posted it. I am sure you can charm any FBI agent that knocks on your door.
Even a couple of Jeb Bush appointees to the FL Supreme body sided against poor Terri.
I don't think Gibbs can file an appeal before a decision is reached by Whittemore.
No, no, utahagen, George W. Greer was there to show that he was RIGHT and will prevail. It's all about his EGO!
Oh, I don't disagree with you! I'm just trying to figure out what this judge is up to, and there may be reason to be hopeful.
Sorry for joining the thread late. I was in a car all day but had it on the radio.
You wrote that Judge greer attended the Federal Court Hearing today.
My questions to you- Were you there (and again sorry if you already posted this I am trying to catch up the news on the thread) ?
Did you personally see Judge greer?
Do you know if any Freeper attend the Court Hearing?
Why can't he explain to the appeals court that no decision is really a decision against Terri?
My guess is the brothers are in that mode we see revealed a bunch the past week -- they feel need to be able to justify what they agreed to do with their own parents. The one brother at least has mentioned the Dad's (iirc) own dieing -- how they pulled the tube on him.
