Continuation of Terri Schiavo daily March threads. Due to overwhelming participation we reached over 5000 posts in three days time!

I see it exactly as you do, txrangerette. The President can save her, but it's his brother's job, and if Jeb had any intention of intervening directly, he'd have done so before now. Just as this judge would have done something last night, or not at all.

The Lord is never late, as we count late, as the apostle Paul reminded us. He is always precisely on time. And if we are praying according to his will, Terri will live.
Maybe the President is trying this route first, and maybe if worse comes to worse he will act if it looks like all other hope is exhausted...but really it is in God's hands now...so pray!
I heard attorney Gibbs talking to Hannity this afternoon, referring to some judge as "she." Whom did he mean?

Having tried to read so many of the threads about Terri, and having to wade through some of the posts by the bashers makes it hard to spot those who are sincere in their quest to learn the truth.
If this weren't down to the wire with a severely disabled woman's life, I certainly wouldn't be feeling so testy!

I don't know the legalities, but if Bush is contemplating it, here is why I doubt he would go ahead. There would be bloodshed there, I really believe. Armed men are everywhere and ready to resist any effort to save Terri. They are on and off duty police from Pinellas city and county. They are even posted just outside of and even inside Terri's room. Bush would worry that people would die, people besides Terri. Not only that, but he probably thinks the Dems would start impeachment proceedings immediately and turn this country into turmoil. And I think they would, too. Not that they would succeed but that the country would be in turmoil.
I hear that! and I have to leave for work in less than an hour, and for 8 hours be completely in a news blackout! (radios don't work in our building and we don't have internet access).. won't get back on here til 2 am at least!

the Judge is a man and the Judge said he was going to study the case before making a ruling...most Judges do this. The law only gave Terri the right to have her case looked at again on a "fresh basis" so the Judge needs to look at what was put before him and he has to weigh the arguments made by Gibbs and Felos. There was nothing in that law ordering that her feeding tub was to be inserted why the case was being decided...the lawmakers "hoped" that the Judge would order it reinserted.
TONIGHT: HANNITY ON TV WILL BE AT HOSPICE WOODSIDE DOING A LIVE BROADCAST AT 9:00 pm est. I came home to get warmer clothes. I will be there for Hannity's Broadcast. ALAN KEYES MAY BE DROPPING BY HOSPICE WOODSIDE, in the rumor stage at the moment.
I've been with russesjunjee and dandelion all afternoon. Check out tomorrow's Orlando Sentinel. Two reporters interviewed floriduh voter and I plugged freerepublic.com. Since there were people in Tally and in Federal Crt, I was interviewed a lot today. I said I was still proud to be an American but was ashamed of Florida to one reporter. I was waving my house size American Flag. If you see that, it's FV.
