Continuation of Terri Schiavo daily March threads. Due to overwhelming participation we reached over 5000 posts in three days time!

The blessing from what I know (and legally that isn't a lot) is that this law has no precedent. So whatever the judge rules - he won't be able to look to previous legal findings - am I correct?
Terri is starving and I have to hear about Ruth Chris Steak House. Maybe I'm too sensitive.

I have said all along that is is not enough to get the tube re-inserted, she has to be away from that death house and a restraining order on HINO and the sick lawyer.
You also have to remember that Gibbs is asking for a restraining order against the Judge. That requires an additional looking at.
I don't appreciate their attitude!
I'm praying right now during the federal court hearing. It's 3:20 pm. The hearing began at 3:00 pm.

Yes, but this is the true test of faith.
God knows we hurt for Terri. He knows we have pushed ourselves to try to help her.
He also knows we are true believers, and this is where the faith comes in.
God rules!!!!
I'm truly angry with FOX and Shep and Napolitano.
The President changed his plans yesterday to come back and sign this legislation and I think it is wonderful that our President cared enough to come back so he could try to help Terri. He is also talking to people today about erring on the side of life.
Jeb has been taking it hard from alot of people that want to see Terri die yet he did his best to try and get the legislature to work together and save her but the legislature failed....not Gov. Bush.
I didn't hear that one, of course I shouldn't have said anything....I don't listen to him that much.

I thought I just heard Shep say he thought there was an end to the hearing. He'd check and then he'd get back. Then a commercial came on.
