If there is proof he tried to off her, why didn't the defendants in the malpractice suit WHO ARE DOCTORS, after all, use that as a defense before they paid out all that money?
One could still commit malpractice even when the cause of the accident is attempted murder as opposed to an accident.
You won't dispute he is trying to off her now, would you?
After the pronouncments of Tom DeLay and Bill Frist regarding him, the entire jury pool is tainted beyond repair.
Of course, there is not now and never has been any such evidence, so those hoping against hop efor it to come from a brain-damaged woman who "wakes up" are to put it mildly, pi$$ing in the wind.
A couple of mil is chump change in a malpractice case, particularly where the charge was that the doctors overlooked bulimia.
Could be because after he got the money for the therapy, he refused the therapy...He spent over 400,000 of it on his lawyer trying to 'let her die' instead...
I did not say he tried to off her at the time she became brain damaged.
He is trying extremely hard to off her right now.
Maybe my wording was not properly precise and 3 to 4 weeks premature.
It doesn't appear to do much good, as I have discovered, to ask sensible questions such as yours.
People at this stage have apparently heard what they want to hear and feel what they're going to feel (and believe)about the 'players' in this horrible real-life drama.
I have had endless discussion using reason and logic like you employ here but to no avail.
Everyone here seems to know that all the parties involved are part of one giant conspiracy to off her because they either stand to get some money or this furthers the culture of death agenda.
Howlin, do not apply logic you will only get called names.
