Is this for real? I am listening to c-span online of course I am on the Pacific Time and they are still voting as I am watching.

I cannot read the running total on my C Span stream; but it looks like a win on the bill. Next thing is to see if W is still up (GRIN)

And after he signs the bill, how quick do we get a judge to issue the order?
